OH HELLZ YEA!!!!!!!

oZ, I Love You....Now, onto the sports.
Who's into college football? baseball? basketball?

I'm all about football. Mainly ACC and SEC sports, due to the fact that I go to Clemson (ACC). Seeing as it's not baseball season, and basketball season hasn't officially started...I'll start talking about football. And this weekend we go up against Florida State in football right here in Death Valley. That place is gonna be rocking. Our Woody will prevail! Mark my words! Also Ga Tech plays North Carolina, should be a tight game...I'd like to see Ga Tech win tho. And in the SEC, no real big games. Tennessee plays Notre Dame (should be a good one). In the Big Ten this weekend, of course the big game is Michigan Vs Michigan State. Go Wolverines!
Oh, the reason I watch the Big Ten alittle is due to the fact that I have a few friends that live up there.

E-mail me if you'd like to discuss sports, I'd love to meet new people with the same interests.

Right now it's 2-0 in the top of the 8th and Womak is on for AZ, series is tied at 2-all. Go D-Backs. They ain't doing bad for a 4 year team with a rookie manager against the gods of baseball. :-D

Yanks won punk! w00p!

How about those last couple of games though, eh? So suspenseful right to the end, just fantastic baseball. It must suck to be a D-backs fan and watch your team lose the way that they did twice in a row.

So will the Yankees win in 6 or 7? What do you guys think?

Sports are fun. Basketball rocks. Unfortunately, I can't play with my team right now, and it's driving me nuts to have to sit and watch the games... damn stiches.

I've been watching a lot more college football this year, I'm liking it. I may be able to sneak in a little bit of watching time before my girlfriend comes over this weekend...

Looks like D-Backs won yesterday, asshole. 15-2, that must be humiliating. Arizona is going to win today, too. I hate to break your heart, but Schilling starting and Johnson most likly relieving? You can't beet that with a 39 and a half foot pole, even if you are the gods of baseball.

subject: College Football this past weekend
Well, it turned out to be a wild and crazy weekend AGAIN in college football.

First off, Thursday night Ga Tech showed their true colors coming through against North Carolina. Sit down Mr Peppers, you got contained! Should make for an interesting finale of the season wehn Tech plays Fla State.

Tennessee took care of business against the Irish of Notre Dame. The Vols were pretty impressive. A suprising game was Pittsburgh giving a big whup to Va Tech. (I never saw that one coming, guess they're falling down) The Big Ten saw some good games this weekend too. Illinois put a big win over Purdue and regains some hopes of winning the Big Ten. Also in the Big Ten, Michigan State plays with the time clock to allow one final play against Michigan, and TaDaa! Touchdown State! The Big Ten championship is still wide open.

And the wildest craziest game this weekend, could be ALL year, Arkansas and Ole Miss go to 7 Overtimes! 7!!!! That's a NCAA record folks. And it wasn't like they weren't scoring either! It started out 17-17 going into the first overtime and ended at 58-50! They also set a record for most plays in a game and most points scored in overtime (They damn well should with 7 sets to do it in!).

And to finish, it was a somber evening here in Tigertown as we fell to the Criminoles, excuse me, Seminoles of Florida State. Florida State is taking their form once again this year and most likely will win the ACC. Ah well, can't hurt a guy for dreaming.

Oh yea, In other news...the D-backs win. Setting at least one record and tying another. Set : Most runs scored in a World Series game (15 runs). Tied : Most runs of victory in a World Series game. (13 runs)

Niether one is a record. Both are a record AGAINST THE YANKEES, but not an overall record. The records were set by the Yanks in 63 I believe against montreal in game four. Yanks beat the Expos 16-0. Not that I'm going for the Yanks or anything, just correcting a fact of yours. D-Backs are going to win today. Yay!

I used to work in sports. I worked for a media content firm and a newspaper, and I used to write a college basketball column. While I miss it because I loved being on the front lines, it wasn't challenging enough. Now I teach.

You may think that just because I am a girl, I know less. That is bullshit. Some would say that I have forgotten more than most people will ever know. 8^)

College basketball, college football, baseball, hockey, NFL, soccer. I love the Olympics. Don't really like the NBA. Love the finals of anything. I weep when sports history is made.

Yeah that was a hell of a series, eh? Shame the Yanks lost...

*shrugs*

Maybe the Giants will make it back to the big one this year... and how about those Islanders!

Also, who saw the Browns/Bears game today? Was that amazing or what? Insanely good sports lately; I'm think I'm getting spoiled.

It was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend is a Browns fan and she just assumed they had won when she saw that the Bears were down by two touches with 45 seconds left.

She was a little upset...
